Tasomachi: Behind The Twilight will be coming to PS4, Xbox One and Switch in 2021.
The serene fantasy explorer released for PC in April 2021. While it has been known that the game is heading to consoles, there has been no confirmed date. And, though we are still waiting on the exact day, a 2021 release has been confirmed on the Wholesome Direct stream.
Tasomachi sees the player take up the role of Yukumo, a young girl who pilots an airship around the world. When it’s damaged, she finds herself stranded in a strange, empty city where silence reigns. The gameplay involves a mixture of puzzle-solving, platforming and exploration, and there are plenty of items to collect on the journey.
Though this sounds like the preamble to a potentially unsettling experience, Tasomachi is a game with an extremely relaxed playstyle, providing an enthralling atmosphere and a sense of wonder for gamers looking to take a break from the full-on attitude of popular blockbuster releases.
